This website is hosted with Netlify (Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you open it, data is transmitted automatically and stored in server log files, in particular your IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested, and the browser and operating system used.
This processing serves the secure and stable operation of the site. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. A data processing agreement is in place with Netlify. Transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
To display its typefaces, this site loads Google Fonts from servers of Google Ireland Limited. When the fonts are loaded, your IP address is transmitted to Google. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a consistent presentation under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Further information is available in Google's privacy policy.
If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we process your details in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the contact concerns the initiation of a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the data as soon as it is no longer needed and no statutory retention periods prevent deletion.
Please note: WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. If you contact us via WhatsApp, their privacy terms apply in addition. If you would rather avoid that, simply send us an email.
When you book, we process the data required to perform the contract, such as your name, address, contact details and travel information. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. We pass on only what is necessary for delivery, for example to the accommodation or the boat trip operator.
We store personal data only for as long as it is needed for the respective purpose or as long as statutory retention periods require.
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
An informal message to info@dreamworkersunlimited.com is enough for any of these requests.
